These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Replai app (“Replai”, “the App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Replai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is an AI-assisted email client. Some features run in the cloud and require a paid subscription; see “Subscriptions & Billing” below.
Replai lets you connect email accounts (via IMAP/SMTP or Google/Microsoft sign-in) and provides AI-assisted features such as replies, summaries, cloud translation, composing/polishing, smart form fill, and memory extraction. On-device features (e.g., local translation, speech-to-text) do not require a subscription; cloud AI features do.
To use paid cloud AI features you sign in with a subscription identity (Sign in with Apple, Google, or WeChat). This identity is used only to track your usage and enable cross-platform use of your entitlement. It is separate from the email accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms. We do not directly process payments or refunds.
You agree not to use Replai to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) send spam, malware, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass usage limits or the credit system; or (d) use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Cloud AI features generate text based on your input and connected content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending or relying on it. Replai is provided “as is” without warranty that AI output will be error-free.
Replai integrates with third parties including your email providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft), payment processing (Apple), and AI model providers used to power cloud features. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Replai and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your emails and content. We do not claim ownership of your content and process it only to provide the App’s features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replai is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using Replai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

购买由 Apple 处理,退款请求按 App Store 条款由 Apple 处理。我们不直接处理付款或退款。
你同意不将 Replai 用于:(a)违反任何法律或第三方权利;(b)发送垃圾信息、恶意软件或非法内容;(c)试图逆向工程、干扰或绕过用量限制及 credit 机制;(d)利用 AI 功能生成非法、有害或欺骗性内容。
云端 AI 功能依据你的输入与关联内容生成文本,结果可能不准确、不完整或不适用。你有责任在发送或依赖 AI 输出前自行审阅。Replai 按“现状”提供,不保证 AI 输出无误。
Replai 集成第三方服务,包括你的邮箱提供商(如 Google、Microsoft)、支付处理(Apple)以及为云端功能提供支持的 AI 模型提供商。你对这些服务的使用受其各自条款约束。
Replai 及其内容归我们或授权方所有。你的邮件与内容归你所有;我们不主张对你内容的所有权,仅为提供功能而处理。
在法律允许的最大范围内,Replai 按“现状”“可用状态”提供,我们不作任何担保,且不对因使用本应用造成的间接、附带或后果性损害或数据丢失承担责任。
你可随时停止使用 Replai。若你违反本条款,我们可暂停或终止你的访问。按性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效。
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新“最后更新”日期体现。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
